Dr Dario enjoys going to the beach with his family and spending time with his daughter. He also likes playing badminton with friends.
Dr Todd Dalton
BSC BVMS
His passion for animal care began in his teenage years when he started working in the veterinary industry, and he has never looked back. Dr Todd is committed to caring for every animal that comes through the door with compassion, dedication, and professionalism.
Today, his home remains full of animal companions, including a galah, a corella, a children’s python (previously classified as a Stimson’s python), a grumpy cat, a spoilt dog, and a very wise frill-neck lizard.
With more than 14 years of experience as a veterinarian, Dr Todd has developed a particular passion and special interest in exotic pets.
Directing Manager
Heinrich Van Niekerk
Managing Director
Born and raised in South Africa, Heinrich van Niekerk developed a deep love and passion for animals from an early age, including a particular appreciation for wildlife.
In 2002, Heinrich and his family immigrated to Western Australia, where they have proudly made their home. After working at Baldivis Veterinary Hospital for more than six years, Heinrich purchased Hilton Vet Hospital in 2008.
Under his leadership, Hilton Vet Hospital continued to grow, and in 2012 the practice moved to its larger premises at 294 South Street, Hilton, where it has proudly served the local community ever since.
Heinrich has a particular affection for the unique character of Fremantle and the wonderful people who call this part of Perth home. As Managing Director, his focus is on ensuring that Hilton Vet Hospital continues to operate to the highest standards, while maintaining the caring, personal approach that has made it a trusted part of the community.
His aim is simple: to lead Hilton Vet Hospital in the best possible way, ensuring that pets and their families receive exceptional care, compassion and service for many years to come.
